I am a Certified Grief Specialist, Certified Nutritionist, NBC-HWC, and a PhD student in Health Psychology. I have a deep passion for understanding the science of stress and helping women navigate it in ways that are practical, personalized, and sustainable. My work is grounded in research, but always delivered with empathy and care.
I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, which provide a strong foundation in both the science of health and the systems that support it.
At She Oasis Wellness, I bring these experiences together to help women prioritize wellness across stress management, nutrition, rest, and grief so they can live with greater balance, clarity, and empowerment.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me walking my puppy, spending time with my family, and living the same wellness principles I share with others. I believe wellness is a journey, and every intentional step matters.
